Changes coming to UK work visas from Monday

Commenting on this matter, Shuvagata Dey, a barrister of Lexpert Solicitors in London, told on Friday that if there is any false information in the application, the applicant can be banned for ten years for obtaining a British visa. Basically, no new changes or conditions will be imposed from August 7, but the Home Office will check whether the old conditions have been properly followed or not.
