Is the Bangladesh High Court becoming an institution of issuing authority to provide a certificate of legalization of corruption? Three Islamic banks of Bangladesh where the High Court Appeal deviation order not to proceed with the major corruption scandal issues on 30 April 2024.

The Islamic Bank, Social First Security Islamic Bank, Social Bank PLC given order by the High Court Appeal devision not go ahead with the investigation for the corruption! The High Court don't have a problem with enforcement agencies or the Anti Corruption Commission ACC to go ahead with investigation if they wish to. On 5 February 2024,  the High Court Appeal division gave order against the High Court  to investigate the wealth of the S Alam Group outside Bangladesh! 

So, where is the High Court Appeal division    law and order going to? Is it the Bangladesh High Court Appeal Devision trying to destroy the law and order of human society into the law of the jungle? Where is the world class leadership of the prime minister, Honorable Sheikh Hasina MP and government hardwork for the Bangladesh going to be leading, where Bengalis throughout the world?
