ICC has released the T20 Women's World Cup schedule

ICC has finally released the Women's T20 World Cup schedule. The schedule was published on the ICC's official website on Sunday. This time, the curtain will rise with the match between England and South Africa in Dhaka on October 3. A total of 10 teams in two groups will participate in this tournament.

As per the announced schedule, six-time champions Australia is in Group A along with India, New Zealand and Pakistan. Besides this group has one team from Qualifier 1.

Group 'B' includes England, West Indies, hosts Bangladesh and a team from Qualifier 2 along with mighty South Africa.

Each team will play four group matches in the tournament, with the top two teams from each group playing in the semi-finals on 17 and 18 October. The curtain will come down on October 20 with the final match in Dhaka. There will be a total of 23 games in this Women's World Cup which will be held for 19 days in Dhaka and Sylhet. A reserve day will be kept for both semi-finals and finals taking into account the weather.
