Donald Trump and FIFA President Gianni Infantino jointly unveiled the new Club World Cup trophy during a meeting at the White House.

In the Oval Office, Infantino presented the uniquely designed trophy, which requires a key to open. The event followed Trump’s signing of an executive order to establish a task force in preparation for North America’s hosting of the 2026 World Cup.

Trump, who will lead the task force, suggested that economic tensions between the United States, Canada, and Mexico—the tournament’s co-hosts—would add to the competition’s excitement, stating that “tension is a good thing.”
