Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has officially opened bookings for Hajj 2025 packages for citizens and residents within the Kingdom. These packages are now available through the Nusuk app and its dedicated online portal.
As part of the Kingdom’s efforts to enhance accessibility to Hajj, priority will be given to individuals who have not yet performed the pilgrimage, ensuring more Muslims can fulfill this sacred obligation in an inclusive and accessible setting.
The Ministry has also emphasized that only those who have received the required meningitis vaccine will be able to view and book packages. Vaccination appointments can be scheduled via the "Sehhaty" app as part of the public health guidelines.
This initiative aligns with the Kingdom’s broader digital transformation of the Hajj experience, with Nusuk serving as a one-stop digital companion. The platform allows pilgrims to browse and book packages using various payment options while also offering the ability to purchase essential Hajj items, such as ihram clothing and personal supplies, directly through the app.
Further streamlining the pilgrimage process, Nusuk also enables travelers to book flights as part of their Hajj packages. The platform is accessible through the official website at masar.nusuk.sa, offering a range of options to suit different budgets and preferences.
To assist pilgrims during the booking process, the Ministry has set up a 24/7 Pilgrims' Care Center, reachable at 1966, and provides real-time support through its beneficiary care account on X (@MOHU_Care).
