Kuwaiti and Bangladeshi Busted for Fraud

Kuwait's Ministry of Interior has arrested a Kuwaiti citizen and his Bangladeshi accomplice for running an elaborate witchcraft scam that defrauded numerous individuals. The suspects, identified as Abdullah Ali Hussein Muhammad Al-Haddad and Nour Al-Amin Abdul Razzaq, allegedly preyed on victims by promising to cure diseases, treat infertility, and break spells in exchange for large sums of money.

The operation, led by the Criminal Security Sector, uncovered the fraudulent activities at a rented apartment in Mahboula that was disguised as a family residence. According to authorities, Al-Haddad provided fake "medical consultations" and misused an outdated social consulting license to legitimize his claims. His accomplice, Razzaq, a driver, was responsible for bringing clients to the apartment and delivering "products," with a specific focus on the Asian community.

The Ministry of Interior has referred both individuals to the proper authorities for legal action, reaffirming its commitment to taking strict measures against anyone who threatens public order and security through deceptive practices.
