Under the updated program, eligibility now includes first and second level professionals as per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation's classification. Applicants must meet specific criteria, including UAE employment, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a valid professional license if required. They must earn at least 30,000 dirhams monthly and hold a position classified under levels 1 or 2 by MOHRE. Compliance with these guidelines is essential for a successful Golden Visa application.
