According to a story in Al Rai, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, the deputy prime minister, interior minister, and acting defense minister, issued a decree to implement the newest visa. The new visa is intended to grant permission for access into the nation for recreational, cultural, and social activities.

New Kuwait visa

The General Directorate for Residency Affairs will issue the visa. People who want to receive the visa must submit an application through a sports team, social club, cultural group, or other organization on an authorized list, in accordance with government regulations. The three-month initial validity period of the new sporting and cultural visas can be extended for a maximum of one year. The decision was added to Ministerial Resolution No. 957/2019 as a new provision to Article 4. It is anticipated to strengthen Kuwait's athletic and tourist industries.
