Journalist and Writer Munzer Ahmed Chowdhury is the founder of the newspaper. From it's founding he played for Editor & Publisher role. Later, Prominent journalist from Bangladesh Dulal Ahmed Chowdhury joined as an editor in The Dazzling Dawn. Founder Operational director of the team is young and energetic journalist Kamran Ahmed. Creative director is Dewan Wazer Chowdhury from Sweden. Financial director of the Daily Dazzling Dawn Ahmad Bakth Chowdhury from USA.
From 26th of April 2024 Sunahwar Ali, former Chief Whip of LBTH and a figure of the 1978, Anti-Racist Movement joined as contributing Editor and columnist Rakin Ahmed joined as a Country editor (France).
