The complaint was made in the court on July 28. According to the complaint filed in the court, the child died due to poison brought by the deceased child's aunt from Bangladesh. Jasmin Akhtar is charged with two felony counts: manslaughter and importing a controlled substance. Next 22 August to Jasmin Akhtar Thames Magistrate Will appear in court for the first time. In a residential building in Sutton Street, The charges were framed following the unfortunate death of an 11-year-old girl who was found unconscious. The girl was rushed to hospital, but tragically died on the same day. The incident happened on December 11, 2021. After charging Jasmin Akhter, authorities have been in close contact with Fatih's grieving family, the London Metropolitan Police said. Mohammed Kuddus, a pest control service provider in London, said the aunt had bought rat poison from Bangladesh, which led to the child's death in Shadwell. He requested to take the services of approved British experts without using any chemicals or substances from other countries.
