On September 17, 2023, a seminar titled “Human Rights Violation in Bangladesh” was organized in a hotel conference room in Paris, the capital of France.

Mahidur Rahman Chowdhury, advisor to the Chairperson of BNP, was present as the main speaker in the seminar organized and presented by the member secretary of the Bangladesh Nationalist Volunteers Dal France branch, Mohammad Ali Chowdhury. Nasir Ahmed Shaheen, International Affairs Secretary of the Committee, Mohammad Mahbub Hossain, Secretary General of the France-based human rights organization Forum for Democracy and Human Rights, Mohammad Arif Ullah, Editor of the Bengali section of France 24-News, Remy Shat, an Egyptian political prisoner and human rights activist, former army member.
