The creators of the Janam app aim to help patients make informed decisions about their pregnancy, prenatal and postnatal care. Noorjahan Islam Chowdhury, a Bangladeshi mother of four, praised the app, especially for South Asian women who are not proficient in English. 35-year-old Noorjahan told the media that the experience of using the app in Bengali is very comfortable.
