Dewan Hossne Ayub, Deputy High
Commissioner of the Bangladesh High Commission, Ottawa, has taken charge as
Acting High Commissioner. He assumed this responsibility on April 20. Before
this, Dr. Khalilur Rahman completed his full term as High Commissioner of
Bangladesh in Canada and returned to Dhaka. Dewan Hossne Ayub is a professional
diplomat. Prior to this, he held important positions in various countries,
including Minister in Ottawa and Consul General in Milan.
