Nigel Farage has advised council staff to start searching for new employment following Reform UK's takeover of Durham Council.
At a victory rally held in Durham on Friday, May 2, the Reform leader addressed employees in various council roles, including those involved in climate change, diversity programs, and remote work arrangements.
“To anyone in those positions,” Farage said, “you’d better start looking for alternative careers — and fast.”
