Bangladesh Ambassador Presents Credentials to President of Nepal

The Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Nepal, His Excellency Mr. Md Shafiqur Rahman, formally presented his Letter of Credence to the Right Honourable President of Nepal, His Excellency Mr. Ramchandra Paudel, in a ceremony held today at Rastrapati Bhawan (Shital Niwas).

During the ceremony, both sides reiterated the longstanding friendship and deep-rooted bilateral relations between Bangladesh and Nepal. Ambassador Rahman expressed his commitment to further strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including trade, connectivity, education, and people-to-people exchanges.

The Embassy of Bangladesh extended its heartfelt gratitude to the Office of the Right Honourable President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal for their warm hospitality and gracious reception during the credential presentation.

This diplomatic event marks a renewed chapter in the Bangladesh–Nepal partnership, grounded in shared values, regional cooperation, and mutual prosperity.
