The number of organisations authorised to sponsor workers on the worker and temporary worker immigration channels has expanded in the United Kingdom.  

According to The Nation's checks, 119,195 approved companies are on the list, which was updated on Friday, August 23. There are currently 119,195 companies on the approved updated list.  

Bangladeshis who are interested are urged to check for open positions on the website of the listed company.

An analysis reveals that the organisations that have been approved are involved in several industries, including technology, engineering, media and advertisement, education, and commerce.

As per the UK government, if you are employed by an approved business and have an eligible job, you can enter or remain in the UK with a skilled worker visa.  

The UK government, in a note on its website, said: “The skilled worker route includes charity workers, skilled workers, creative workers, global business mobility: senior or specialist workers, and international sportspersons.

“You must have a job offer from an approved UK employer before you apply for a Skilled Worker visa.

Approved employers are also known as sponsors, because they are sponsoring you to come to or stay in the UK.”
