European Sleeper is set to launch a new night train route on February 5, 2025, connecting five EU countries—Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Italy.
This new route will link popular winter sports and city travel destinations in a single journey, running from Belgium to Italy. Key stops include Brussels, Utrecht, Cologne, Munich, Innsbruck, Verona, and Venice.
European Sleeper aims to make cross-border travel more convenient and enjoyable with this service. Given the high demand for winter sports trips, the train schedule is designed to align with school holidays and peak travel periods.
The night train will run twice a week throughout February and March, with its first departure from Brussels on February 5, 2025.
In response to the high demand for winter sports travel, city trip options, and the lack of suitable train connections, European Sleeper is now introducing a new seasonal night train to the Austrian Alps and Venice. This overnight journey connects Belgium and Italy, passing through the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria, making cross-continental night journeys more accessible and enjoyable for travellers.
