Early Praise for 'Carnivore'

"Carnivore" has already garnered significant praise from prominent literary figures. British author Vaseem Khan lauded Kazi Anis Ahmed's sharp writing, noting how it perfectly aligns with the novel's darker narrative twists. Khan stated, "Through the luxury of food and the distortion of taste, he exposes the horrific ugliness of growing class divisions in society."

British journalist Nina Bhadreshwar offered her own compelling endorsement, describing "Carnivore" as "a thriller, a diasporic drama, and a billionaire club satire rolled into one." She highlighted the protagonist, Cash, an "unassuming Bengali immigrant" who runs a Manhattan restaurant known for its innovative flavors but finds himself "millions in debt to some shady Russian businessmen." Bhadreshwar added, "It's an important lesson about India, Bangladesh, and colonialism."
